With international touring experience since 2016, Ryland has managed acts on the Tonic and True North Records rosters, and has toured with acts opening for Buffy Sainte-Marie and Josh Ritter, across nine countries.
His expertise covers long tour preparation, venue advances, promoter coordination, and handling whatever unexpected challenges the road throws at you. Whether it's a three-week run across Western Canada or a festival circuit through Europe, the job is the same: keep the show running, keep the artist focused on performing, and make sure everyone gets home safe.
A family motto passed down from his grandfather: "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."
